Review Summary – (1851 – 1912) 

The following Wajszczuks were identified in Trzebieszów

Maciej Wajszczuk (0032) – (1823-1892) – awarded land in 1864 (see)
Franciszek Wajszczuk (0516) - (1818-1893)village administrator (sołtys) in 1866  
Jan Wajszczuk
(0022) - (1841-?), member of the church (parish) supervisory board in 1896
Franciszek Wajszczuk
(0103), (1862-1935) – administrator of the Trzebieszów group of villages  (wójt) in 1909.
Maciej Wajszczuk
(????), (? - ?) – [Maciej (0032) died in 1892?]. – in 1912 received a plot of land # 14/14 derived from the distribution of the public parcels. Signature of Franciszek (0103) – son of Maciej (0032) was found on the document.

Trzebieszów was mentioned in the documents regarding:

1851 – “Colonial” settlements in the village of Trzebieszów – (a move was being planned from the “old” village to new buildings in the “colonies”).

At that time Trzebieszów was divided into 4 sections (divisions) – I, II, III, IV. Maciej (0032) lived in Section II).

1864 – Land distribution

1866 – “Majorat” type village of Trzebieszow – refers to the law of inheritance by the oldest son - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Majorat (Requests for reimbursement of moving expenses and allotment of wood for construction).

1896 – Church properties in Trzebieszów (disagreements regarding its distribution).

1912 – Distribution of public usage lands.
