	 Introduction
	to
the page of Stanislaw's Family branch
	 (1315)

    -

Information presented on this and on the few subsequent pages, which are
identified with a light-color background, derive from the direct review in
the State Archives in Lublin of the old Public Records Books from the
Parishes and Civil Registry offices (see).
This information is organized and presented by the Parishes and localities.
The remaining, older pages of this Tree, which contain information which was
obtained originally from direct contacts and conversations are identified by
    a darker shade background (see

     ).
Supplemental information concerning: sites of the localities and parishes (map),
short historical background of the city of Zamosc and its vicinity (see),
summary of the record review organized by Parishes (see) and information
about the parishes and Wajszczuk family membership in them (see)
are presented in separate pages. A summary of the new discoveries and
determinations concerning the previously unknown connections between the
Family branches and individual families of the Zamosc branch, as well as
concerning their places of residence is presented in "New Discoveries" under
the date of August 31, 2005. (see).

Review of the old Public Record Books, which
in some Parishes date back as far as 1650, revealed the presence of "similar
names". Sofar we do not have adequate documentation which would allow us to
accept these persons as ancestors of the Wajszczuk Family, therefore this
information is presented in separate pages (zobacz).
The possibility of family ties in individual instances are indicated in some
    of the pages.
    -

Information presented on this page, without any doubt describes the members
of the Wajszczuk Family. It was possible to  document fully the family and
generational ties. Perfect "connections"  and continuity were found and
established between the information obtained from the current Archive review
and information previosly related to us  directly by the Family members.
    -

Entries in the older Public Record Books written in Latin, frequently spell
the name as Wayszczuk - (with a "y"). There exist frequent mis-spellings in
different sequential, and independant entries. This differing spelling, when
encountered, is indicated in parentheses in the individual name boxes. It
would be interesting, (but difficult) to establish whether there are any
family connections between the old Wajszczuk Family members, who were
entered in the records under misspelled names and the contemporary persons
who use various similar names (variants)? (see).
