Ancestors of this branch of the WASZCZUK family lived in places marked with yellow on this map. A small WAJSZCZUK family (http://www.wajszczuk.v.pl/english/drzewo/podlasie_lazow.htm) used to live in the nearby Lazow - marked in green. It should be noted that a rather large WASZCZUK family still lives a few kilometers further north, on the other side of the Bug river, in Zebry-Laskowiec (http://www.wajszczuk.v.pl/english/drzewo/nur.htm).
